Begin with the visitor’s question
A parent considering a programme wants to understand suitability, schedule, location and the next step. A buyer considering software needs to know what it does, who uses it and how adoption works. Your navigation should help people answer those questions.
Give each offer a useful home
Put the core information together instead of scattering it across social posts and PDFs. Use clear service or product pages, accurate details and a visible route to enquire, register or buy.
Remove avoidable uncertainty
Explain what is included, who the offer is for and what happens after someone makes contact. Where prices are quoted individually, explain what informs the scope rather than hiding the whole process.
Measure the meaningful action
Track the actions that show understanding and intent: relevant enquiries, completed registrations or use of a booking link. More traffic is useful only if it helps the business serve the right customers.
